Dimensions - Planning & Architecture

"Thanks to David and his amazing staff we got planning for 87 room HMO in SW1A 2AA. The bank have already given a revaluation of double of we bought it for. Well done."

"I have the pleasure of working with David Gutwirt on my planning application, and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s a no-nonsense, highly professional guy who gets things done efficiently and with real attention to detail. David was always available to help — whether it was a quick question or a more complex issue — and his work ethic is second to none. It’s rare to find someone this reliable, knowledgeable, and committed to seeing things through. An absolute pleasure to work with!"

"Working with David makes every project run smoothly from planning applications to architectural drawings and early stage guidance. He’s always professional, approachable, and willing to help. It’s a real pleasure working together with him, and I look forward to many more projects together!"

"Having used Dimensions in the past for planning on a care home, for architectural and building regulation drawings on a few PD schemes, and for structural engineer drawings, we returned back again in need for urgent architectural layout drawings for a site we were starting with 3 days notice. Once again, Dimensions performed with incredible service, and at a very reasonable price. Thanks to the whole team for accommodating so last minute and perfoming so well! Especially for hosting us so well at the meeting. A truly great company, offering a truly great service!"

"Fantastic experience working with David and the team. They made themselves available throughout the project and worked tirelessly to match our deadline / desired outcome. Strongly recommend using their services."
