"I phoned this company for emergency callout using the number on their website. The conversation went like this. The phone was answered “hello” I asked who I was talking to (thinking I had a wrong number) and the reply was “well you phoned me” I explained that I thought I was phoning a company there was a pause then “oh yah”. I explained I was looking for an emergency plumber, he replied we got nobody available. The whole conversation was unprofessional and came across like it was someone had been disturbed and could not be bothered. As a landlord and therefore a professional, I occasionally come across individual tradesmen with a bad attitude but never on a first contact with a company. If this is the attitude on first contact, I would worry about their professionalism in carrying out any work."
