Drain Geeks Ltd - t/a Reach Works

"We've worked with Rob on a number of occasions and he is consistently amazing. He goes above and beyond to identify the root cause of our issues, gives clear guidance and takes videos to fully solve the issues and is always reliable, punctual and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend working with him!"

"Prompt service. Polite, respectful and friendly. Rob did an excellent and thorough job. He certainly came across as a total drain enthusiast, and patiently explained the situation to me with the confidence of a true expert. The price was reasonable. All in all, I would definitely recommend Drain Geeks."

"We wanted to check the drains weren't going to cause any future issues in a new property. Found Rob who was based locally and had been reviewed well, and those reviews were clearly well deserved. Rob was very prompt on the phone and we quickly organised a visit a few days later. I had a detailed report with video footage an hour or so after he'd been round putting our minds at ease. At a good price, I would recommend giving Rob a call even before you have an issue, thanks."

"Fantastic service – highly professional and efficient. I had a great experience with Drain Geeks. Rob was incredibly easy to get in touch with and responded to my initial enquiry very quickly. He was even able to bring the appointment forward, which was much appreciated. He sorted the blockage in no time and was professional and friendly throughout. He cleared up properly and made very little mess—all round, a brilliant service. Five stars!"

"Rob was excellent to work with. He came by to quickly assess the issue and we made plans for a following date. He arrived on time and proceeded with the recommend plan and discovered the source of the problem which had been bothering me for over a year! Extremely cost efficient, didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need and very prompt work. Highly recommend and would use again"
