"John attended within an hour and got my suitcase open within 5 mins that was jammed shut. Professional, friendly, excellent service. Highly recommend"

"After reading a number of negative reviews online - I have to admit I was a little apprehensive before calling this locksmith company. I am writing this review to firmly state that my experience was the complete opposite and absolutely flawless. From the initial phone call, the service was professional and incredibly fast. The dispatcher was calm and reassuring, and an engineer was on time and prompt . The engineer, Mace, arrived precisely when promised. He was polite, clearly explained the issue with my lock, and provided a transparent, upfront quote before starting any work. He worked efficiently and with great care, causing no damage to the door frame. He was even kind enough to offer some maintenance tips for the new mechanism. I also briefly met his colleague Isa, who was equally professional and friendly when they coordinated on another job. In short, my fears based on other reviews were completely unfounded. This is a top-tier, trustworthy service with fantastic engineers. 10/10 would recommend without hesitation."

"I had to make an emergency call out to this Company because I lost my keys, therefore I needed a new lock. I first spoke to Mace on the phone in a panic who spoke calmly and reassured me I would soon get back into my flat. He told me John would be with me within 20 minutes, he would call me first, give me access and the put in a new lock. John arrived within 20 minutes as advised - the lock I had was very tricky but he was patient, polite and as Mace was he put me at ease and was very reassuring. It goes without saying it was also a job well done. They are a very professional company who I highly recommend."
