"This company installed a boiler with the wrong sized piping at our flat. It was deemed unsafe by 2 Vaillant inspectors and another gas engineer and all considered it a very basic and dangerous error. The company dismissed all responsibility and I don’t have the energy to go to court. But if you don’t want to risk carbon monoxide poisoning in your home maybe avoid these guys."

"Based based on my experience: I had a really bad experience with this company. I purchase 4 neoair v3 thermostat basedon, what was displayed of the website. What I got was totally different. The reason I went with this company was because they were displaying a touch thermostat. I got a thermostat with button on it. Which was being sold on other website for much cheaper? And corrected displayed. I have had a couple of emails backwards and forwards. nothing to address my issue. As according to them, it's just a display. Me I see it as misleading. Because if the word displaying the correct picture of the thermostat i would paid £15 less per thermostat. in total £60 plus 5 delivery. Yes, I was asked to return but specifies it! On the original dispatched condition. How would I know if I don't open it? I would never use this company again and it's in my band list. Invoice 11866 Below is a picture of what I have received. A picture of they website displaying. Which is totally different! And a picture of other website, displaying exactly what I have for cheaper prices To avoid confusion. My opinion is they don't care about you."
