I believe his name was Ali. Once there he started immediately and very friendly. While working he reached an obstacle that seemed serious but he found a way and came up with a great solution. Very heppy indeed."

The sockets and wires were old and not well isolated against damp and water. He changed all wires and cables within 3 days. He came back following week after heavy rain to check everything is ok. Overestimating how long it takes to do a job etc. I ended up paying more for the job price than if I had used their hourly rate. They also massively overcharge on materials. After the job they sent me notification of using debt collection agencies by email and text just ONE day after sending me the invoice. A very unpleasant experience all round. It was a good experience with the electric works in London. Their team suggest installing an outdoor electric vehicle charging set up in our parking because we have a tiny garage. The installer did a perfect job and he was on time. (exactly the time they told us after the call) communication with them was excellent, they listened to our priority and do the job as fastest as possible. The price was fair and on budget. We didn’t have a problem with cleaning, they left the repairment site super neat and clean. I would highly recommend electric works for my future jobs and repair projects."
