"I previously had two keys that weren't working very well. I went in to see if I could get them altered. They suggested that we that they make new keys but after the new keys were made, they said that the original keys could have been fixed for £5. I asked why he couldn't offer that in the first place. It was very confusing and ended up very rude saying customers like me won't welcome. So I won't be returning. Responce to the owner's reply: What you explained makes sense, please train your staff to help them communite more clearly. And in regards to me telling them to shut up, that is totally untrue, and you are being lied to by your staff. Please check your CCTV cameras as that is not how the encouter that occured."
