Empire Glass And Glazing

"I couldn't say more positive things about this company. The glass ordered was well priced and delivered in great time BUT even more importantly, the service is outstanding! The glass didn't fit properly and they proactively fixed it in only a couple days."

"Amazing service from Chris and his team. Highly impressed with the quality of their craftsmanship - they went above and beyond to provide excellent value and service from measuring to fitting reeded glass panels on my home renovation project. They also provided courteous and prompt communication at every stage. I highly recommend them!"

"Excellent service from initial inquiry about glazing a cabinet, through answering many questions and offering ideas over email with Chris to a site visit with Nancy where final decision was made. Swift fitting appointment made and great glass fitted in antique cabinet. Would highly recommend Empire Glass And Glazing."

"Had two sash windows re-glazed by Empire. The job was straight forward to organise, the team arrived at the agreed time, the price was good and the workmanship was excellent. Would recommend and will 100% use again."

"Had 8 panes replaced by Empire Glass and Glazing. They provided a fair and reasonable quote which was sent by email by Nicola and was highly professional and well detailed. The installation had to be done in two separate days, as on the first one the weather changed and looked like it was going to rain. Therefore, they did not want to take any chances of flooding my flat (the whole sliding doors had to be removed to access the panels). It took a few days for them to return, as the weather was not cooperating. This fact did not translate to any further fees and they did not request any advance payment until the works were finished, which was a plus in my opinion. I believe it is a family run business and it was a pleasure having the dad and daughter team fix my windows. They were very polite, removed their shoes to enter my house and left all windows clean. Having had problems with a recent builder it was a relief to get this done so smoothly. I wish all companies and builders were like Empire Glass And Glazing. I can't recommend them enough and would hire them again in a heart beat."
