"The worst cleaning company ever seen . They asked me to pay full amount of £115 and gave me 2 pm appointment, never showed up, never responded to my messages and never answered my calls till date . It happened on the 6/4/2025. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. Highly disappointed."

"Either a scam, or the worst customer service in the world. We booked them to come at 11am on 26/03. At 11:20am we had a phone call from the cleaner to say “something had come up” and he couldn’t make it. This is despite the fact that we had paid a £60 deposit to secure the clean. We tried phoning the original number that we booked through, but had no answer (we tried 10+ times). This was booked as an end of tenancy clean. Luckily we allowed a day’s leeway, so we were able to get a new company in to clean the flat. If we hadn’t, we would’ve been left in a horrible situation! NEVER use this company."

"Not at all upto the mark....if there were something below 1 star I would have given that...we had to clean our house again the next day before handing over it to the landlord. Windows, Hob everything was totally unclean and I informed them as well after they had left....terrible service...Invoice also not been given after several pleading"
