"We had our sliders installed nearly 2 years ago and would really recommend 1stflolding. We love them, transformed our home. They came out and fixed a few snags after the install and the sliders have been working well ever since. Thanks to Danny and all the team who advised us well throughout."

"Rating: ★★★★★ I can confidently say that 1st Folding Sliding Doors offers some of the best service in the industry. We were on the verge of signing with another firm until a last-minute introduction brought us here. Right from the beginning, we were impressed by the efficiency—sharing our scope and getting a fantastic, competitive quote in just a day. When we visited the showroom, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. What truly made a difference was Danny, the boss, who personally spent over an hour with us. His extensive industry knowledge is remarkable, and he took the time to patiently explain every technical detail about the windows, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. We ordered 5 units, and they confidently promised a 4-week lead time— and they delivered it exactly as promised. A big kudos to their surveyor, Ally, who was not only professional but also warm and welcoming, showing true expertise in his work. The windows are of excellent quality and have truly made a difference in keeping our rooms cozy. Everyone at this company is professional, dependable, and easy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend them!"

"Had big sliding doors installed by 1st Folding Sliding Doors about 18 years ago & never had any issue with them until last week when the locking mechanism broke. Emailed them & after a number of calls and photos they came out on a Sunday morning to fix it! Excellent customer service and products."

"My brother and I both had large sliding doors installed in our gables about 2–3 years ago, and we’ve had no issues at all. The quality of the frame, the glass, and especially the locking system is excellent. Unfortunately, my house was broken into a few weeks ago. Even though they damaged the frame, they still couldn’t get through the door. In the end, they had to break the thick 10mm glass, which took them quite a while as well. Since then, the team has been absolutely amazing. The care, support, and the way they fast-tracked my door replacement has been 10/10. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Thank you 1st folding sliding doors"

"I had sliding doors (7m width) and several windows installed. I don’t think there is any other company like them out there currently. Competitive prices for high quality materials and bespoke design (if wanted). An extremely understanding team who go out of their way to accommodate even the most difficult of situations. The test of a good company is how they manage when plans do not go accordingly - 1stfoldingslidingdoors do so with diligence and thoughtfulness. Despite all the hiccups Danny and his team did not disappoint. Danny went out of his way to personally contact me and ensured the job was carried out as agreed. Pavlina, Roberta (the ladies in the office), Kinder, Wojciech and Kevin (installations) were all amazing. Thank you very much guys, keep up the fabulous work!"
