"Darren is responsive and trustworthy. Can be relied on to try the simpler things first and not rip you off with new replacements. He is our go-to person for boiler and plumbing issues. Parking and congestion charge has to be arranged and paid for up front and card payment taken at completion of the job by phone. Invoice and receipt and sometimes videos sent promptly after."

"Darren was asked to replace an Horstman controller with a Siemens controller and undertake a basic boiler service. He tried to be helpful at all stages of the process. He did manage to install the Siemens controller. However, it was not done to our standards nor did the installation meet our expectations. In fact, we decided to have it redone. We did not give Darren the opportunity to return and try again. This is in no way a judgement on Darren or his abilities. In our case, his work simply did not meet our standards and expectations. "I asked Darren to come and look at my boiler after another engineer who was doing a service recommended repairs and a replacement of parts. Darren had installed the boiler 12 years earlier and I remembered the excellent service he had given. Turning to him turned out to be a wise move! He responded very promptly, checked the boiler and made quite minor adjustments and reassured me that no major work or new parts were needed.
