Expert Property Surveyors Ltd

"We have worked with Usman at Expert Property Surveyors for a number of years now and he has been our recommended party wall surveyor throughout that time. He is consistently efficient, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Communication is always clear and professional, which is so important when guiding clients through the party wall process. He is approachable, contactable and proactive, which gives both us and our clients real confidence. Every client we have introduced to Usman has commented on how helpful and supportive he has been, particularly in what can sometimes feel like a complex and sensitive stage of a project. We will absolutely continue recommending him to our future clients. From all of the ShapeHouse team, thank you Usman, we genuinely value working alongside you."

"Usman at Expert Property Surveyors was fantastic! Recommended by my architect, he was proactive, knowledgeable, and efficient. A refreshing change from my past experience with party wall surveyors. He made the process smooth and stress free, and I’ll definitely use him for future projects. Highly recommend!"

"I enjoyed working with Usman on a party wall award for 4 adjoining owners. He was extremely professional and proactive, and always responded quickly. I would work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a high-quality surveyor."

"I have worked with Expert Property Surveyors and Usman twice and on both occasions I have found him to be excellent. He is a specialist in his field, and his knowledge and council have been incredibly valuable, but he also is consistently strong with his customer service and communication. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a Party Wall Award."

"Usman at Expert Property Surveyors came highly recommended through a trusted friend. Having encountered difficulties, falling foul of the Third-Party Wall Agreement, he was hired to sort out the mess and bring the project back on track, which he did with professionalism and dedication. I couldn’t be happier with his work and would wholeheartedly recommend him to others. Above all he was a pleasure to work with!"
