Express Plumbers

"I honestly cannot recommend Express Plumbers highly enough. From the very first phone call to the moment the job was completed, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a plumbing company that delivers exactly what they promise — but Express Plumbers went above and beyond in every possible way. I initially contacted them due to an urgent plumbing issue that couldn’t wait, and I was impressed straight away by how quickly they responded. The customer service team was polite, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable, explaining the process clearly and giving me a realistic timeframe. True to their word, the plumber arrived promptly, fully equipped, and ready to get to work. The engineer was friendly, respectful of my home, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to explain what the issue was, what needed to be done, and why — something I really appreciated as a customer. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no confusing jargon, just honest advice and transparent pricing. Knowing that the work was being carried out by a fully qualified professional registered with Gas Safe Register gave me complete peace of mind. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. Everything was completed efficiently, to a very high standard, and the area was left spotless afterwards. It’s clear that Express Plumbers take real pride in their work and care deeply about customer satisfaction. Since the visit, everything has been working perfectly, and I feel confident knowing the issue has been properly resolved — not just temporarily patched up. What really sets Express Plumbers apart is their reliability and honesty. No hidden costs, no delays, and no excuses — just excellent service delivered exactly when it was needed most. In an industry where trust is essential, they have absolutely earned mine. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that is professional, responsive, fairly priced, and genuinely committed to high standards, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Express Plumbers. They’ve gained a customer for life, and I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing or heating needs."

I called them out in an emergency due to a water leak in my Worcester boiler as well as a leaking water pipe. From the moment I picked up the phone, the service was outstanding - they arrived within one hour of my initial call, which was truly impressive. The plumbers were polite, professional, and extremely efficient. They quickly diagnosed the issues, popped out the affected components, and stopped both leaks with skill and confidence. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was completed to a very high standard. I'm incredibly grateful for their prompt response and excellent workmanship.
