FD Plumbing & Heating

"Class leading customer & professional service from my initial phone call to the plumber, Jonty, contacting me before arrival. The girl I spoke to was focused, attentive, sharp, she explained the charges with simplicity, which I highly valued. Jonty arrived promptly, as soon as he looked at the shower waste pipe he immediately knew what the problem was, he was professional and courteous, a really nice genuine man easy to connect with. He completed all the work within a couple of hours, he also showed me footage of what he saw when using an endoscope to diagnose additional issues. He kept everything protected in the kitchen whilst cutting a small piece of ceiling plasterboard to repair an additional issue. I am very particular about finding the absolute right, professional people to carry out any kind of works within my home as there's a lot of bad practice out there, especially in London. To conclude, I can absolutely, confidently recommend FD Plumbing as a professional, trustworthy, reliable company to carry out all plumbing works in your home."

"Impressed from call handling to completing the job in short order at transparent and reasonable cost. Our old plumbers sadly entered insolvency. Pleased to say we have found a fine replacement business if this level of service is maintained."

"We got the service on a very short notice calling at around 1pm and getting a service at around 5pm the same day. Plus it was on Friday! The contractor was friendly, courteous and very efficient. He managed to fix a very difficult to reach leak within 30 mins. We have been keeping an eye on the repaired area and it appears to be dry."

"We were very happy with the service since the moment we called and the visit from Fabio. He was able to investigate the problem step by step, carefully explain to us every step of the way and still being efficient. We were disappointed by a few other companies sending hideous amount of the quotes and not getting the job done. Where FDPlumber was able to get the job done just within one single visit. They are honest and trustworthy, I will not consider any other companies."

"The team at FD Plumbing & Heating provided fantastic service from start to finish, works were completed on time and inline with estimate with great communication throughout. This particular job was for a 2 Bedroom flat renovation in Chiswick and included the following works: - Removing redundant cast iron radiators - Installation of new pipe work to enable independent system - Installing a Gas Water Heater Boiler - Installing new towel rail and WIFI controls I would certainly recommend FD Plumbing and look forward to using them in the future."
