"I purchased an end of tenancy and deep cleaning services for two properties. The toilet and shower were cleaned very well, and the kitchen oven on both properties were spotless. However, I wanted to raise a concern regarding the bedroom/living area end of tenancy cleaning. When I moved the bed on the morning of the next day to check, I noticed that the area underneath had not been cleaned and there was a significant amount of dust, which I have had to sweep before handing the keys over to the estate agent. The kettle was also not properly cleaned. I wanted to make you aware of this, as I was expecting a full clean as part of the end of tenancy service."
