"Absolute waste of time Fensa is not fit for purpose. Poor quality of windows and doors and horrendous installation by Eco Glazing Essex Ltd based on Canvey Island. Poor Communication and dismissive of Improper job done. Fensa is no help with compliance whatsoever The windows and doors I received were scratched, have gaps, poorly fitted window trickle vents and draughty, bad condensation even in a well insulated with good air circulation property, dangerous defects and improperly fitted. They would not respond to my emails, calls and queries. The Fensa Certificate they provide you states it is not evidence of compliance. I have thrown mine in the bin to be recycled. Fensa approved does not mean quality or compliance in the real world."
