Formed Architects | Residential Architects | Commercial Architects

"I had the pleasure of working with Tina and Unnati at Formed Architects for the design and planning of a commercial-to-residential conversion with a successful outcome. Formed Architects liaised effectively with the local council planners, and even when last-minute pushbacks arose, they skillfully navigated the situation, achieving a timely compromise."

"Thanks to Tina at Formed Architects and the team, we have saved a fortune through her thoughtful and comprehensive design. We now have the space that we need for our home office. It is a joyful space to work in with lots of light. Thank you Tina!"

"Tina did a wonderful job in designing and managing the complete refurbishment of my flat. As I was living overseas, she managed every stage of the project, from planning permission to instructing builders to choosing and ordering fittings etc, through challenging circumstances due to covid. She was cheerful, helpful and patient throughout. The end result is fantastic and I am delighted with my flat. Thank you, Tina."

"We hired Tina to submit an application for an extension after we ourselves had submitted a pre-application. Even though we were clear we wanted the proper application Tina recommended another pre-application. We spent in total £ 3500 for the PRE-application and it was rejected while we did have a positive outcome from the first pre-application. Tina did not even call us on the day of the rejection and did not even consider challenging the council for two different outcomes on the same project. We did that ourselves. All this took a whole year. Tina and her office are very quick in sending invoices and ensuring they get paid but when it comes to her replying to emails or delivering the product she is paid for she is very slow. Even when we had agreed on the plans it took a whole month to submit her pre-application (we have all our email correspondence as a proof)! Very disrespectful behavior, we wouldn't recommend her to anyone."

"We engaged Tina Patel at Formed Architects on our recent house refurbishment and extension, from initial concept through to project managing the works. She was brilliant to work with throughout - we felt she really listened to us and understood what we wanted to achieve. Her advice was always pragmatic and sensible, and mindful of the cost implications. She had an excellent relationship with the contractors, and she was always responsive if we needed to run things by her. The end result is fantastic - with her vision, we feel that we have totally maximised the space available to us, and have future-proofed our home to accommodate our family as the children grow up. We would not hesitate to recommend her work."
