Customer Reviews
"I have used Andrew Gardner as a surveyor on two occasions this year, it is a timely and prompt service. Andrew was very helpful and approachable with my questions. He took the time to help me understand the issues involved. Continuous communication throughout the process and a very detailed report. Lesley was also efficient and friendly on both occasions. Very satisfied and highly recommend without hesitation."
"We were very impressed with Gardner Surveyors, their report was detailed & we received it within a few days. Andrew was lovely & so helpful and approachable, he was happy to answer any questions we had. He helped us tremendously by reassuring us & pointing us in the right direction regarding the removal of the asbestos he found in the property. His team were very efficient in organising everything & we thought their price was great value & definitely money well spent. We would highly recommend Gardner Surveyors & will definitely use again for our next property. Sylvia & Tony Morgan"

"Great experience with Andrew and team. Highly responsive and very painless process to organise. I have used Andrew for two properties and in both instances the survey reports were produced quickly and he was also happy to discuss in detail over the phone as much as required. Thorough, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!"
"We have used Andrew on 4 occasions now for structural surveys and each time, he has been very professional, informative and thorough. We have been able to talk directly over the phone about the findings as well as receiving a detailed report, with an invite to ask any further questions if needed. I have no reservations recommending Gardner & Co and you should stop searching for a surveyor now; you have found him"
