"We recently had Ginkgo Gardens do our front and back garden. It was a jungle. The guys were very professional, respectful, quick. They had all their own tools, no problems with parking. Took all the garden waste with them when they left. Really fantastic and reliable team. Will definitely use them in the future! Thank you, the gardens are pleasure for the eyes now."

"I'd love to submit a review, but I am unable to as they don't return my calls to discuss the work I want to be done. The online form on their website only works "sometimes" the bored lady in the office told me."

"These clowns are supposed to maintain the garden areas on my Peabody estate, they butcher all the shrubs, trees and plants with a massive chain saw. They’ve cut an olive tree in half, they ruined a silver birch tree that was full height by lopping it in half and removing every single branch. Absolutely appalling service, they don’t know anything how about to carefully prune any plant. They’ve also ripped up and destroyed an entire wildflower patch thinking they were weeds. Your gardeners have just butchered all the beautiful honeysuckle flowers on and around the side of K Block on the Peabody Estate. I just cannot believe that your team of butchers cannot see when a a plant is about to burst into flower. My husband has spent three years cultivating this plant from seed and had expressly told this bunch of idiots not to touch anything on or around K Block. How are they classed as professional gardeners when they literally cannot see when a plant is about to bloom? I’ll also speak to Peabody about ending your services."

"Once again Ginkgo have done a lovely job in my garden. The garden was designed by them many years ago and they have been doing ongoing 6 monthly maintenance on it (spring and autumn) ever since. I have just had them create a new hard standing area to deal with an old fox den with a new summerhouse installed replacing an old shed. The whole job was very well managed by Matteo from initial discussions through to completion and I am very happy with the result."

"Our neighbour used them for their garden and I decided to try them. Greg from Ginkgo was supposed come to give a quote and he didn't show up. I called twice to the office to find out what happened and each time I was told they will get Greg to call me. No one ever called me back to explain/apologise or rearrange for 10 days now, and I feel this is a terrible attitude to treat their customers."
