GOLDHAWK ROOFING & BUILDING

"Our roof was in a terrible state - 25 years of patches and cheap repairs. Paul picked up my call straight away and was very clear about what they offered and what price ranges would be involved. He came very soon after our first chat to talk to us in person and take a look at the roof. Paul was quick to provide us with a quote and made his team available for us in just over a week. Unfortunately, it became clear once the team gained access to the roof that there was additional work which needed completing, due to the age of the roof and cheap materials having been used previously. However, Paul showed us the problems to ensure we understood why this additional work was required and quickly re-quoted us. He and his team were very generous with their time to ensure that we had a high-quality job delivered in a really short space of time. The end-result was great. We went for cement tiles over slates due to cost, but the end result looks excellent. It's also a massive relief that Paul offers a 12-year guarantee so that we can know that we don't have to think about the roof for over a decade! Thanks Paul and to all your guys, we hugely appreciate all the hard work."

"I can't recommend Paul and his team enough. His quote was very competitive and at every stage they let us know what was going on, even discussing some additional work that needed doing and agreeing a reasonable price for it. Throughout the job all his team, including the scaffolding company, were polite, respectful and clean. A very professional outfit doing a very professional job."

"Paul’s communication throughout the process was excellent. Him and his team worked quickly and efficiently removing our whole roof and replacing it. All the guttering, chimneys and flat roofs were also made good. Overall we would highly recommend Goldhawk Roofing!!"
