Good Design & Build

"Hadi led our refurbishment project with confidence and a strong eye for detail. The team was always considerate of our preferences, suggested upgraded ideas for impact and remained mindful of our budget throughout. Moe held his team of tradespeople to high standards to ensure everything looked super premium and was functioning at its best, no detail was too small to address. We're are enjoying our refreshed space that feels like a whole new house!"

"Fantastic service from Hadi and the team. Responsive, went the extra mile to keep costs under control and to keep the house livable throughout. Huge thanks!"

"I rejoice in the day Amol from Good Design and Build came to see me to discuss my project. I was at my wits end trying to find trustworthy tradespeople who kept to their word. And I had a couple of false starts because, when I did find a plumber and thought I needed a boiler first, I really didn't. I was also trying to work full time and look after my family. So having Hadi project manage has been the best money ever spent. I'm pretty sure my house would still be propped up if I was in charge. Hadi was able to keep the project on track, at the right pace (I learnt that fast isn't always best) recruiting contractor Adrian and his team who went above and beyond to get my house ready for Christmas. Hadi has a real flare for interior design and gave me some great ideas - absolutely love my secret cupboard behind my shower. He came with me to my kitchen design meetings and having someone with you to help you make decisions, can not be underestimated. Likewise with my quartz kitchen counters. Hadi helped me manage the money by suggesting ways we could do things in a more affordable way, he took tough decisions when they needed to be taken and he did it all with a great sense of humour. Even know he is still whatsapping me links for little finishing touches. While all this was going on, I went through a bereavement and Hadi and Adrian were really very kind. I'm so grateful to them both. I now have a beautiful house which has been developed to it's full potential and I love living in.. you can see it on my Instagram... Thank you so much Hadi, Adrian and Good Design and Build"

"We had an initial consultation with Good Design & Build and received detailed initial quotes. Although we ultimately decided to proceed with another provider, this was not a reflection of their service at all. Amol was incredibly supportive, responsive, and professional throughout the process, and took the time to answer our questions. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we genuinely appreciated the care and effort he put in. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Good Design & Build and would absolutely get in touch again in the future."

"We had a great experience with Good Design & Build for our mansard extension. Their quote was reasonable and they stayed within budget, and worked quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. Nuan our project manager was friendly, professional, gave good advice and dealt with anything that came up efficiently. Avni our builder was brilliant, working very quickly and accommodating the fact that our family was living at home during the upheaval of the works. He and his team did a great job, delivered on time, and had a positive attitude if small challenges arrived during the work. We are really happy and love being in our beautiful new space!"
