Greater Space Extensions Ltd

"Igor was great as helping us. We had a custom bike shed/planter/rubbish bins storage in the front garden."

""We used Greater Space to procure and manage our home extension to a London terraces. We had a really good experience, after some false starts with a different contractor. Greater Space's team worked really well with our architect and structural engineer, was responsive to changes that came along the way and very professional in handling fees, contract administration and documentation. Greater space ensured all the works were done in accordance with the scope and we are very happy with the results..""

"We hired Greater Space for a major renovation of our terraced house, involving extending our kitchen, a loft conversion with roof terrace and various other internal changes to the building. This was made all the more difficult by the first lockdown being announced days before the work was due to start. Throughout the process Greater Space were professional, communicative and patient with us. Despite some challenges along the way, we are very pleased with our new home and would recommend Greater Space to others considering similar works."

"We engaged Greater Space Ltd to add a large kitchen extension and re-model of the whole ground floor. Works started and lasted during most of lockdown and as I was present in the property, I was able to check on the work daily and if we had some issues we would communicate it to Alessandro, our allocated project consultant, who made sure the matter was solved or rectified. The team was responsive and hard working. Despite that most of the works happened during the second lockdown, it did not have any negative effects and as we lived upstairs for the whole duration, they were brilliant at making adjustments so that we felt safe and as comfortable as we could be. Particular credit mention to the electrician, plumber and tiler who were very competent, helpful and polite. Alessandro made regular site visits, and him together with Ferdi from the office, were always available on the phone or by email if I needed them and were frequently checking if I was happy with the work progress. There were a few very minor things that needed to be fixed 3 months after completion and they came back straight away to do it for me. The space is beautifully transformed and made into everything we hoped for. I would highly recommend Greater Space."

"Greater Space restored our house, under testing conditions, with the first lockdown happening during renovations. They did an exceptional and professional job installing a bathroom redoing all plumbing, electrics and, the roof, windows, doors and much more. Not only are we very happy with them but so were our neighbours - they found the builders extremely considerate. Our house had been neglected for a considerable time and posed a number of issues, all of which were resolved, often ingeniously. I would recommend Greater Space wholeheartedly."
