"We have used Greenworkforce repeatedly for all kinds or repairs around the house. They fixed a leaking toilet and repaired the rotting ceiling. The fixed a broken oven and did various other electrical repairs. They did all the work briliiantly, explaining clearly what the fault is, what they are going to do, what it will cost and then do all the follow up. On top of that, they do not come with a car, so we do not need to faff around with securing parking space, plus its better for the environment. Perfect Service!!"

"I reached out via the website on June 3. I received an email response on June 4 that first available slot is June 25. I responded on June 4 asking to book that slot saying: "Thank you. Yes, please book me in for now." There was no response. I wrote today, June 24, to confirm. Guess what, the response was that "I held the slot for 14 days, but without a confirmation from you I had to assume you had made other arrangements. We are now fully booked for the summer, I have slots available in September." The 14-day hold was never disclosed. After I inquired about that, I received rather unprofessional response: "I think you can see immediately if you read your message..... 'Please book it in for now' This is not a firm commitment, it clearly requires a follow up from you. 20 days later and the day before its due you this it's appropriate to confirm? I am afraid this is not acceptable to me and when you have time to think about it you will agree. All the best Will" I think it is clear that they don't care about small jobs. Admittedly, my job is small. It is what it is but the customer service part is seriously lacking."

"Will and the Greenworkforce team have helped us with many problems over the years. All successfully resolved as the multi skilled workers can tackle lots of issues. Some big jobs and some small ones but all carried out with great care, explanations and making sure whatever it is works as it should. Reasonable priced, environmentally conscious and very nice people to have in your home. I recommend them highly."

"Unfortunately, despite the waiting list for their services and the promise of great carpentry and plumbing skills, the outcomes were so substandard that I had to redo almost everything they did at extra expense - I wasted around a thousand pounds on them! Aside from a poorly installed new sink (whose attachment to the wall was slapdash and incomplete), which they then left filthy with a rusty razor blade that then stained it (which I had to ask them to clean) and repeated inability to repair an oven door, the main task they had was to renovate my garden. I asked them to cut back overgrown vegetation and completely replace the 15-year-old decking. The garden was still full of overgrown weeds when they finished and they convinced me not to completely renew the decking with composite and instead to patch up broken planks - a terrible decision that made it look even worse due to the different colouring and even then they did not repair all of the holes! It was extremely dangerous, as most of the remaining planks were rotten and someone might have broken their leg standing on them. They also neglected to tell me about my smashed-in fence, which was the most urgent repair needed, as it was a security risk and people had started dumping their rubbish in my garden - which they did not bother to clear away! The photos below are how they left my place after "finishing" the work I paid all that money for. When I wrote to Will to tell them all of this - after they got their final payment - he just ignored me. I feel ripped off."

"Will has done various jobs at my home over 2 to 3 years. They include plumbing, paintwork maintenace and tree pruning. He charges fairly, works quickly and I have been satisfied with all his work. He is reponsive and easy to relate to. When he couldn't make himself available for a job he spent 15 min or so giving me useful advice over the telephone at no charge. I would highly recommend him.
