From the initial site visit to a post-installation check up and very easy payment processes, they were ultra-professional and knowledgeable with a huge understanding of the complexities and choices around heating systems. They gave good advice on choosing the right solutions to my particular needs in a small flat. Above all, they were warm, friendly and good humoured.
