"Exceptional Design, Flawless Installation, and Outstanding Cabinet Quality We initially approached Halcyon Interiors for part of our kitchen refurbishment, but their ideas, expertise, and pragmatic approach quickly won us over, and we decided to entrust them with the entire project. From the very beginning, there was a strong sense of confidence in the process and the design felt aligned with the vision we had in mind for the space. Graham, the designer, was outstanding throughout. He brought a calm confidence and creativity that made the entire process feel effortless. He made clever improvements and suggestions that genuinely made us rethink things we thought were already settled. He went through options we didn’t even know existed, such as carcass interior colour, and guided us through every detail with patience, clarity, and genuine design insight. The process itself was straightforward and relaxed, and Graham kept us fully informed of timelines and next steps throughout, so there were never any surprises. When it came to installation, everything went exactly to plan. The fitting of the cabinets over four days was remarkably smooth, thanks to Roman, the fitter. He is a true master of his craft, calm, precise, and completely in control of every detail. Every issue, no matter how small or awkward, was resolved without fuss. Even situations that could have disrupted the house or schedule were handled so smoothly that they barely registered. The result was a flawless installation that felt almost effortless to watch unfold. Any small problems along the way, like a cracked Miele induction hob or a damaged cabinet door panel, were handled immediately by Graham, who ordered replacements straight away and ensured there was no impact on the progress of the project. The stone templater then arrived to take measurements using a high-tech laser device that looked like it belonged in a science fiction film. That level of precision translated directly into the finished result: the stone worktops and splashbacks were cut to absolute perfection, and this is something everyone who has seen the kitchen has commented on since. The fitters themselves were also exceptional, completing everything with real care and pride. Even the sealing of minor gaps with silicone was executed to a standard that is almost invisible. A key strength of the project was the quality of the cabinetry itself, supplied by Eggersmann. The materials, finish, and engineering are outstanding and form the foundation of the entire kitchen. Along the way, we decided to add an Eggersmann Glance display cabinet. Graham gave thoughtful design input to ensure it felt fully integrated rather than added on, and that it worked seamlessly with both the kitchen cabinetry and the transition into the living room. The finished piece looks stunning and feels completely at home in the space. Looking back, the entire experience from initial consultation through to final installation was professionally managed, beautifully designed, and executed to an exceptional standard. The design was perfect, the installation flawless, and the cabinetry quality outstanding throughout. Halcyon Interiors delivered a result that consistently exceeds expectations every time we walk into the room. It’s honestly changed how we feel about the space and I cannot recommend them highly enough."

"Our kitchen was installed in 2014 by Halcyon Interiors. It has worn well. The beautiful Barazza gas hob needed maintenance and became known in recent times to be relatively inefficient and polluting. The hob was an unusual size and the cut-out in our worktop needed alteration. So we chose to install a Siemens 90cm induction hob, which we find excellent! Initially, my son(an engineer) and I contemplated making the necessary cuts in the (Ceasarstone) worktop ourselves. But the risks, without practical experience, were high. And I went back to Halcyon and Graham Robinson, (who helped us in 2014) who project-managed the whole change(involving 5 separate trades). The only significant extra cost to us was for the stone-cutters services which were modest and probably about a tenth of the cost of a replacement worktop(let alone lost time) if we had made a mess of it. In addition the planning time and effort were much reduced, let alone the worry about standards of work of the electricians and stone-cutters. Graham has also provided excellent after sales support including replacements of worn mechanical parts. Halcyon Interiors were excellent."

"From initial concept to finished kitchen you will not find a more dedicated team of kitchen installers. Within a week Ashley Collins had created a stunning plan and 3D rendering of the kitchen space. We were able to collaboratively discuss the final layout to what would be suitable for the space, and make it a wonderful workable environment to live in. The attention to detail by the build team is incredibly impressive and the communication with our builders worked perfectly. I completely recommend Halcyon, you will definitely get the kitchen you always wanted."
