Hamilton Roofing And Building Limited

"Contacted them for a jammed Velux. They called me back in record time and kindly sent someone to my place within 15 minutes. A very nice guy managed to unstick it and recommended servicing the Velux to avoid this problem again, which I will definitely do through the company. I highly recommend them!"

"Hamilton Roofing recently completed a full flat roof replacement on my clients property in SW11 and I would highly recommend them. Michael and his team were reliable, hardworking and very organised throughout the project. The job involved stripping the existing roof, installing new insulation and ventilation to meet Building Control requirements, and fitting a new single-ply roofing system. They also replaced a small porch roof while the scaffold was in place. The team kept the site tidy, worked efficiently and communicated clearly about progress and next steps. Michael coordinated directly with Building Control and ensured all compliance requirements were addressed. The finished roof looks excellent and the team also provided a 10-year guarantee for the work, which gave additional reassurance."

"I've used Hamilton Roofers twice and both times they were excellent. Ten years ago they fixed a builders previous bodge jobs properly - the jobs in question, side return slanted and extension flat roofs. Both have held up perfectly ever since. More recently, they inspected and repaired damage caused by my neighbours’ builders. They gave an honest assessment, expediting the job as rain could cause water ingress. Honest, knowledgeable and professional throughout. Reliable, responsive, and highly recommended."

"Got a quote for some work we need done on our flat from Michael. When he came over to see the flat to prep the quote he spotted one of our gutters was blocked (that wasn’t even what I thought I needed done). He sent his lads over that afternoon to unblock them for me free of charge. They took this (see pic) out of the gutter."

"Hamilton have proven to be 100% reliable. I was very impressed that they arrived on time every single day. Michael (the owner) kept me in the loop and after the kind and polite workers left, he’d run through what they had done that day and what their plans were for the next day. I highly recommend their professional attitude and respect of my home. The work was carried out within budget and on time."
