Handyman - Trust Fix It

"I had initially left a 5-star review after hiring Sen to hang a heavy mirror, based on what seemed like professional service. That trust has been completely broken. Despite me expressing concern about whether the rope I had was strong enough, Sen assured me it was suitable and dismissed the need to buy new materials. He tied the installation himself. A few HOURS later, the mirror fell and shattered — the rope had snapped and a knot had come undone. The mirror was worth £260, and I paid him £80 for the job. When I informed him, he first denied responsibility and even suggested I lie to the retailer by claiming the mirror arrived damaged — an unethical and unacceptable response. I gave him every opportunity to resolve this fairly and privately, asking only for a partial contribution to cover the damage. He agreed to only refund his fee but then stopped replying entirely. This experience has been both costly and disappointing. I strongly advise others to think twice before hiring."

"Had a great experience with Sen. I contacted him about fitting a new bath panel and fixing a broken door handle. He came to assess the jobs beforehand and then made an appointment that suited me for the following week. Sen kindly ordered the new door handle that matched my previous one (which was beyond repair) and brought it with him for the job. Both the new panel and handle were fitted with efficiency and care. Sen was friendly to chat with and made sure I was happy with the completed work. I would definitely recommend his services!"

"I called Seth to help with a few jobs at home and he was very approachable. He gave me an appointment for the next day and was on time. He got the jobs done quickly and professionally. He took great care with each job and was a perfectionist. He is also very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend him and would call him again for other work"

"Sen came to put in new taps for me in the bathroom. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what he was doing. The water is even running better through the taps. He gave me tips on how to keep them clean with baking soda, which is great. I wholly recommend him (he even cleans up after doing the work) which some workmen do not. Thanks Sen, the kitchen is next ☺️"

"I highly recommend Sen for anyone in need of reliable and professional handyman services. He exceeded my expectations in every way.Not only did he complete the task efficiently, but he also went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. I am very happy with his work and will definitely be using Sen in the future."
