He was so friendly and knowledgeable, went out of his way to get to the bottom of the problem. Even spoke to Thames water for me to explain everything. Clean and tidy service and highly recommend them. Also price was really reasonable."

"The worst company I’ve ever dealt with I have dealt with a lot of companies over the years but none as bad as happy drains. Happy drains carried out the survey and sent me an invoice, stating I would receive the completed survey upon payment. The survey was not sent after payment so I chased and it was sent. I opened the document to find that Happy Drains were not able to survey the property as they couldn’t gain sufficient access. I wrote an email to happy drains asking why they had let me pay for the survey when It wasn’t done and for them to refund me. I have no reply to this email for over a week. I then contacted happy drains via phone and was passed onto Jason. Jason told me if I provided photos he would see if it was possible. I provided the first set of photos, no reply. Rung into be told I needed another set of photos, took the photos again and emailed in, no reply. Jason claimed he was replying but there was a problem with my emails being received (I later found this not to be true as he did successfully send an email). They finally sent someone round again to do the survey after looking at this picture after I had chased about 4-5 times. Each time I called Jason told me that the only way this would be done is if I kept chasing him, and if I hadn’t heard then to call him. After the engineer had come round Jason forgot to deal with the new report another 2 times which caused me to call in 2 times. On the 3rd time he let me know that yet again they hadn’t been able to do the survey. I was then told they would refund me and to call 3 days later if I hadn’t received it. A week later they decided they would process a refund. This whole process took nearly 2 months. I had to call in nearly 10 times just to receive communication they should of already been providing. Happy drains constantly asked me to chase them, ultimately wasting my time. This is one of the most amateur companies I’ve ever dealt with, they want you to to their work for them!, I’d highly recommend avoiding dealing with them as it’s like chasing a bunch of kids to do their homework. AVOID"

"Had a blocked drain on the front of my premises. Called them out arranged a time and date. Guy called me 15 minutes away as requested. Met him onsite and he already done. Very happy with service all round and would recommend"
