"We used Harrington property services for a garden and roofing work and we are very pleased with the results. Originally, we were introduced to Vann and team when our original contractor had let us down. We were concerned that the project was failing and that changing contractors was going to be a difficult and costly exercise. Vann quickly put my mind at ease with his professional approach, he was clearly very knowledgable and experienced and produced a quote that was very reasonable and was able to start very quickly. His team worked tirelessly and we found the project to be back on track in no time. Communication was very good, we were informed of progress, any problems were addressed quickly and always with a solution in mind. Our previous contractor left our garden in a state but Vann and his team sorted it out and were very respectful of our home and always cleaned up to a high standard at the end of the day. We initially looked at a number of options for this project and the main criticism I had was that they didnt provide any real design elements to the job. After taking over this project, we got the kind of design touches we were looking for as they finished the garden, and the 2 or 3 design elements added by the team have given our garden the look that we were hoping for. All in all, we cannot recommend Harrington property services enough and we had a very good experience with them, especially given they took on a failing project and turned it around for us, delivering the project within the budget we had and providing us with a better outcome than we were expecting.
