John Wayne would be proud of this outfit. Yeeeeehaaaa all the way. Absolutely pathetic level of service. Would avoid at all costs"

"Edit: I wouldn’t usually edit a review but the response from Harris is so appallingly misleading that I have to do so. The project was a manifest failure because of Harris and not despite the efforts of Harris. The supposed surveying expert knew very little about facade cleaning, had to be chased multiple times to reply to emails, signed off work as complete despite being told by residents that the standard was unsatisfactory, and then sought to blame residents for the unsatisfactory outcome. We used Harris to manage a facade cleaning project. They were unresponsive and unprofessional."
