"At the cash register they are always add to the original price and charge you if you don't keep track and count. In front of me, a woman wanted to buy a bell pepper, just one, and the cashier asked her for £2.20 for a single pepper? It's unacceptable how many times they tried to add to the tax receipt, I asked for the receipt and the cashier was very surprised and indignant that I asked for the receipt and gave it to me, so I noticed that I was charged an extra £1.56, this is not the first time, they have done this countless times and no one takes action. They charge most buyers, it's not enough that it is very expensive, but they also cheat you at cashier"

"Staff on counter was on her phone, didnt even make eye contact with me once, nor say hello, or thank you. Also had gloves on whilst handling several different people's "fresh" fruit n veg, cash and her mobile phone. Seems to be a common theme in this place."

"This shop is absolutely lovely! They have a great selection of international products, including some Brazilian items, which is a nice bonus for me. The bakery section is good, it is super fresh and delicious. They also stock a variety of everyday essentials, and the shop is always clean and well-organised. The staff are incredibly friendly, and one of the best things is that they allow dogs! I always bring my little dog with me, and they’re so welcoming, sometimes they even give him a little treat. It’s a great place to have nearby!"
