Heat-Plex

"Ilie from Romania was friendly and efficient. They were punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the appointment. They explained what they were checking, carried out the inspection efficiently, and were happy to answer any questions I had. They treated my property with respect, worked tidily, and completed the gas safety check without any issues. Overall, the process was straightforward and reassuring. I'd be happy to have them carry out future inspections and would recommend their service."

"Vas and Albert from Heat Plex did an excellent job replacing our flue. They were professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about their work. The job was completed to a high standard, and they took the time to ensure everything was safe and working perfectly before leaving. They were also punctual, tidy, and easy to deal with throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable heating engineers. Images before and after say more than a million words !!!"

"Ilie came to fix a few of our issues in our flat. Top plumber and even better person. Friendly kind and extremely good at his job. Worked all morning to get our issues sorted and did an excellent job. Even went out to get the necessary parts and came back to fix them same morning. Every issue resolved and back working as new. I’d recommend Heat Plex and specifically Ilie to everyone looking for a top service"

"Illy was excellent — knowledgeable, kind, professional, and incredibly efficient. Within five minutes, he got straight to the core of the problem. In a place where it’s hard to find plumbers with real experience and understanding, Illy truly stands out. You can tell he has years of hands-on knowledge and knows exactly what he’s doing. Highly recommended if you want someone honest, skilled, and capable to check your home."

"I have had excellent work done in my house. The people who came were friendly and hard working on my ancient radiators. They removed one and put up a new one which is a much better size. They worked throughout the house and cleared up every single bit of rubbish. Many thanks to Joe for all his advice and to Spencer for all his hard work. Highly recommended. Ann Arnold"
