"Further to my previous review of over 7 years ago now we once again used Vinnie’s services to have 2 of his guys change a tap in our kitchen. Once again we are delighted with the prompt, friendly and efficient service we received. The dreaded 'no hot water' scenario hit us and needed someone to come out asap. It was a work day and 4pm so I was keeping my fingers crossed that I could get through to someone and they could come out straight away. I checked out several local plumbers and decided to call HeatMe Ltd based on their Google reviews. Vinnie and his assistant had just finished a full days work and said he would be over within the hour. Turned up on time and spent 40-50 mins answering my questions. My timer programmer/box was faulty and I decided to get a Nest thermostat fitted along with a new power supply and lead to the water tank and a general boiler service. He also identified another existing problem with our boiler flue which was an amber warning from previous work. We are awaiting his quote on this and a quote for a radiator power flush as well. All of the work was done to the upmost highest standard and Vinnie also took the time to answer my questions on how to work the Nest thermostat. The price was more than acceptable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending HeatMe Ltd to anyone else."
