"Dean was excellent. He was hard working, diligent, and able to explain everything he was going to do throughout the process. Our plumbing was a mess when our boiler broke, and he worked long hours to make sure we had heating and hot water, while he could come up with a plan for the next steps. Our set up not only works to a degree it hasn't since we've lived here, but it's a much cleaner and logical set up as well for any future works. Really nice guy, really good at what he does. Fully trust him and a great overall experience, with fair and honest pricing. Would highly recommend."

"I'm always a bit wary of using trades people i don't know. I needed a boiler service and now I know Dean. A true testament to his profession. Fitted me in to his schedule agreeing a time and date. He arrived promptly with no issues, completed my service in no time at all. Very clean and tidy workman. An extremely friendly and genuine fella. I wouldn't use anybody else now. Unless Dean was unavailable. Top job."

"Dean was absolutely brilliant, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. We had an issue with our heating which he fixed and he also sorted some ongoing issues we had with 2 of our radiators. He was also very meticulous making sure all the radiators were working before leaving."

"Dean was great with a very difficult gas fire issue and repair. He was reliable and on time and went the extra mile to try and fix our problem. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and we now have a working fire!"

"I cannot recommend Dean highly enough. From the moment he arrived, Dean impressed us with his professionalism and expertise. He swiftly diagnosed our water flow issues, clearly outlining his findings and proposed solutions. When we decided to upgrade to a pressurized cylinder, Dean managed every detail with meticulous care. His dedication to delivering flawless results was evident; he worked long hours and completed the installation right on schedule. Dean also undertook a full bathroom refurbishment for us. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding—he kept us informed throughout, addressing every question and ensuring we understood each step of the process. Thanks to his commitment, both projects exceeded our expectations and were finished to the highest standard. Beyond his technical skills, Dean’s approachable and trustworthy nature made the whole experience stress-free. He goes above and beyond to achieve excellent outcomes. If you are seeking a truly first-rate plumber who genuinely cares about his work and clients, Dean is the professional you want."
