"Skip this company. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We spent 20-25K on windows/sliding doors and advisor said that it means nothing and if she will not get her 10%, she will come and remove whatever was installed in our house! And she said that I have to read T&C's. Can you imagine that? You will struggle to find someone as rude as Henry and Son representative. And she also told me to talk to my wife and ask her "to stop sending her stupid messages"! So, if you have a complaint and ask this company to rectify the issue - it's a stupid message for Henry and Son. No respect for customer whatsoever. Every time fitters come, they leave damages (scratched glass, pealed painting and damaged corners of the walls) on the property and obviously they don't admit that. Even if you send them images/video as a proof. Or they forget to install something (air vents) or they turn up without tools and obviously can not complete the job without tools! And you will have to clean their mess once they leave. Do you want all these "pleasure" for your money? Think carefully. Just a few pics of out of multiple issues."

"Be vigilant: their products are not water resistant (water inside glass panels), sun resistant (color is fading after 3 years), and heat resistant (we can not open our entrance door on sunny days). Despite all our efforts (emails, letters, calls) since months, they refuse to fix, refund or change. The product is still under warranty but they refuse to cover it. We discovered that the work is not declared at FENSA and you won’t be covered by this professional association. Now our door is like a fish bowl and we need to change it as it damaged the whole structure of our entrance. In a nutshell: do not work with them !!!"

"Recently had our windows and doors replaced. highly recommend this company. great job. guys were very professional quality of the windows and doors were excellent We were very impressed with the service provided by the H&S team. Their fitting service was amazing. They did an amazing job – completely changed my impression of tradesmen!! Really well spoken, polite and efficient in all the work."

"RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, BAD PRODUCT, BAD SERVICE Don't buy from Henry & Sons – 1) they got my order wrong and then despite it being in black and white, refused to address the problem or compensate 2) I had 3 installation dates where they did not turn up and they didn’t bother to phone and tell me in advance or apologise. 3) If you ever dare complain or try to speak to them on the phone to get a problem fixed they invariably hang up on you. They act very unprofessionally and can’t deal with complaints – surprising, as they must get a lot of them. 4) The workmanship is VERY SHODDY - see photos attached - they ruined my cornicing and were very untidy and left the house in a mess when they left. There are lots of window companies out there – I wish I had read the reviews in advance and taken notice of them. Please don’t risk your money or your stress levels on dealing with this company. It’s just not worth it. Rather than try and fix your problem, their attitude seems to be that you are being difficult and so they respond in an unfriendly, aggressive manner. Just read the other reviews to see that this is true, despite their desperate denials. Happy customers don't complain and write bad reviews. No doubt the owner/manager will respond to my review with some justification or other, but all I would say to you is there are plenty of other companies to choose from so why take the risk? I’m a reasonable person and write good reviews when I come across good companies and bad reviews for companies like Henry & Sons because they are bad and life is too short to deal with difficult companies who take up your time and effort, but still take your money. YOU WILL REGRET BUYING FROM HENRY & SONS."
