HFR House Finishing & Remodeling

"Started talking to HFR about a full ground floor refit back in spring and the way they handled the planning side made the actual build feel manageable. They came round twice before we signed anything, measured everything properly and gave us a written schedule that they actually stuck to within a few days either way. Site was kept tidy through the messy stages and the foreman was someone we could just chat to when questions came up. Pleased with how it landed."

"Had HFR do a big remodel on the ground floor and part of the first floor. Kitchen got pulled out and rebuilt, two bathrooms redone, all the flooring replaced. Took about ten weeks which felt right for the amount they were doing. The plastering work especially is the bit I keep noticing, walls are dead flat and the corners are clean. Pricing was clear from the start, no surprise add ons at the end. Pleased with the choice."

"bathroom had been leaking into the flat below for months and we couldnt figure out where it was coming from. HFR traced it back to a badly done waterproof membrane behind the shower tiles. they stripped it all back, redid the membrane and retiled the whole bathroom while they were at it. no more leaks and the bathroom looks way better than before. they also replastered the ceiling downstairs where the water damage was which saved us getting someone else in"

"They handled a full interior remodel for us including new kitchen replastered walls and redone the bathrooms. The coordination between trades was solid no one was stepping on each other or causing delays. Finished product looks great the quality of the tiling and joinery in particular is a cut above what we expected for the budget! Highly recommend xx"

"We decided to renovate our home office and the team did a great job with the built in shelving and the new flooring. They were very punctual and ensured the workspace was usable quickly as possible. The quality of the joinery is excellent and the whole room feels much more modern."
