"My wife contacted Hus for an emergency appointment on Saturday due to a blocked kitchen sink. He was very prompt in his response and went out of his way to attend within a 2-3 time frame. He was extremely professional, honest in his trade, very polite and well mannered - really top bloke who went out of his way to unblock our kitchen sink using all the different machines he came with. It was a stubborn blockage but he was persistent and really went above and beyond to make sure he could resolve the blockage. We are really pleased with his service but most of all, his very kind and respectful demeanour. Definitely recommend him, he has all the top equipments to ensure the job he does is of high standards!"

"Great service! He replied really fast after reaching out, told us what he was going to try to fix our blocked toilet (an something fall and got stuck) and what would be the next steps if that didn't work. He tried above and beyong until he got the object out! Very happy with his service and strongly recommend."

"After being let down by another drainage company that couldn’t resolve the issue, HK came in and sorted the blockage quickly and professionally. In an industry unfortunately full of sharks who love adding unexpected costs and changing prices halfway through the job, HK were completely honest and upfront from the start. Their knowledge and experience were obvious straight away, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fully resolved rather than just doing a temporary fix. Reliable, professional, transparent, and fairly priced - exactly what you hope for but rarely find these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HK to anyone needing drainage work done. Outstanding service from start to finish."

"I had a secondary drain blockage issue that had been going on for the past six months. Other professionals came and dealt with it superficially, but the problem re-emerged a few months later. I called Hus this morning and he answered the phone promptly and agreed to come and look at it in the afternoon. He arrived as promised, and got to work straight away. He identified the problem and managed to clear the blockage even though it was a very difficult job. Hus climbed down as seen in the picture almost 2.5m into the main drain to clear the blockage. He did what others did not even think about. Hus did an excellent job. He was thoroughly professional. He was polite, friendly and considerate. Even though the job took much longer than anticipated, he did not charge me any more than what was agreed at the beginning. Hus knows his work very well. I would recommend him for any drainage work without hesitation. Thank you Hus for responding promptly and completing the job."
