"Waste of money. We paid nearly £900 for a structural engineer to come in to look at the joists and bowing of floors. A report was issued saying we would need to get a further structural engineer in to confirm the reasoning and they were assuming it 'might' be because of a wall being removed. Report did not provide any information which was helpful."
