Home Restoration Specialists LTD

"Patrick and his team were brilliant from start to finish. We had a fairly complex project on a very old house involving flat roof resurfacing, dormer box replacement and refreshing, guttering, plus a few additional cosmetic jobs along the way. Older properties always come with surprises and nuances, but nothing ever seemed to faze them. The standard of work was extremely high throughout, with no corners cut at any stage. One thing that really stood out was how involved Patrick was personally from beginning to end. He wasn’t hands-off or disappearing once the work started — he stayed closely involved, checked in regularly and clearly cared about making sure everything was done properly. The whole team was professional, fast, tidy and genuinely pleasant to work with. At every stage, Patrick listened carefully to what we wanted and we never once felt pressured into unnecessary work or decisions. We did hit a roadblock during the project, but Patrick took the time to explain the issue fully, clearly laid out the options, and helped us find a suitable workaround quickly and calmly. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the work, and they kept everything impressively clean and organised throughout the job. One particularly nice touch was the regular videos and updates sent during the process, which made it really easy to stay informed and reassured about progress. Overall, a great experience and a team we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."

"I found Patrick and his partner after my friend was doorstepped by a rogue trader that had left her roof exposed to the elements. He took on the work as an emergency at a fair price and started the next day. His team completed the whole roof in just a few days including new tiles, lead work and pointing of chimney, new gutters etc. he saved the day as the rain came down heavily the day after they started. He sent videos daily of the work completed which looked a very good standard of workmanship some might say artistic!"

"Patrick, Sam and the HRS team did a great job, repairing our 3 flat roofs, chimney stacks and pots, also putting up new tiling, guttering and fascias. They diagnosed the problem promptly, and then did all the work on schedule. They sent us regular videos and photos, so we could see how the work was progressing. The guys were efficient, helpful and cleared up after themselves. They even came back to sweep up again, once the scaffolding had come down. I would definitely recommend them."

"Patrick and his team were reliable, responsive and the work they did to re-line my flat roof is excellent. Friendly and punctual service from a great team. Would definitely recommend. They came round again and fixed another issue with our roof promptly and professionally."

"I’d highly recommend Patrick and Home Restoration Specialists. We had water coming into the stairwell of our loft conversion, so, of course, I wanted it fixed as quickly as possible. Patrick responded immediately when I contacted him on WhatsApp, and from that first message to the work being fully completed took just 10 days, including a couple of days on my side to get and consider 2 other quotes. Patrick clearly explained what needed to be done and why - the flat roof on our loft extension had deteriorated over time, and both the roof covering and flashing were compromised. The price was competitive and the work went very smoothly. The scaffolding went up the day before the work started and came down the day after it was completed, with the roofing work itself taking just two days. Patrick’s team were all polite and friendly. Patrick sent photos of the roof during the work and on completion, and gave us a 10-year insurance-backed warranty. A month on, after periods of heavy rain and strong winds, the roof is clearly completely sealed as we’ve had no further leaks at all. Overall, a fast, professional service with great communication and results. If you need roofing work done I’d definitely recommend you get in touch with Patrick"
