"I paid for a level 2 survey which when it arrived had my name miss spelt. It had the incorrect floor of the flat listed. I requested the readings from the damp meter ...which they did take but didn't include on the report. I have requested an updated report which still has not been received almost a month after the first survey was sent out. The response times when I did contact the company has been prompt but the mistakes when you are paying such a high price for accuracy were unfortunate. .....update 21/7/23. I have received the revised report and yet again it had the same incorrect floor for the flat."
