Independent Kitchen Fitter & Refurbishment - Urban Refurb Co

"Johnny completely transformed our kitchen from a dark, tired-looking space into a sleek, bright, clean white functional kitchen. His attention to detail is exceptional, and every part of the work was finished to a really high standard. He’s also incredibly efficient at sourcing the best and most cost‑effective suppliers, which made a real difference to the overall budget without compromising on quality. I really valued how proactive he was in suggesting smart improvements to the design as we progressed through the build. His ideas genuinely elevated the final result and made the space far more functional and stylish. On top of all that, Johnny is simply a pleasure to have around — friendly, reliable, and easy to work with. I’d recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a skilled and thoughtful kitchen fitter."

"What a gentleman this man is! He arrived promptly every single day and was always warm, courteous and accomodating. John did a complete kitchen refurb for us and we are very hapy with the final results. He really knows his stuff and completes work to a very high standard. He even managed to fit a wooden worktop around a very strangely-located boiler unit - to this day I don't know how he managed it! We would definitely usehis services again."

"Johnny is very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. He finished my kitchen to a high standard and got a great price for the units. He went above and beyond during my kitchen project and even offered to help when I had some problems with the bathroom plumbing. The flat is old and there were some tricky issues but Johnny dealt with any problems professionally and efficiently. Johnny is also a lovely guy and it was a joy spending time with him during the refurb. I am very happy with the new kitchen and highly recommend Johnny to all."

"Cannot recommend Johnny enough! We live in a concrete 50s block with ancient plumbing that seems to be a nightmare for every tradesperson so far. Except Johnny. He gutted our decrepit kitchen and built us a new one. It is beautiful, very good quality and we love it. His knowledge was unbelievable- woodwork, masonry, plumbing, cabinets, flooring, paint, appliances, plastering, etc. Absolute fountain of knowledge. He knew what to ask when we didn't, and was so patient when I needed him to explain something a few times to understand it. He anticipated the things we didn't know, that we didn't know. The project overran as these things tend to do, but we didn't mind because we knew the finished product would be outstanding- and it was. Also want to add that Johnny is an absolute gentleman and a truly kind soul. On top of all that our neighbours loved him and he kept bringing us bacon butties! Absolute legend. If you are looking for a very talented perfectionist to sort your kitchen out then Johnny absolutely is your fella. You won't find anyone more passionate, dedicated and trustworthy. He taught us so much and it was a genuine pleasure to have him. Thank you Johnny!!!!!"

"Johnny was recommended on a local Walthamstow Facebook page and was brilliant throughout the whole process. He’s got real attention to detail and lots of experience, so as we were doing a full kitchen refurb it was great to have his knowledge throughout. He’s also a pleasure to be around which made it a very enjoyable process!"
