Insulating Homes Ltd

"A review for Insulating homes . The experience from start to finish was great from the initial contact and further telephone calls to the surveyor and the installation all took place within a couple of weeks. They answered all my queries and concerns the guys doing the work were great . The person doing the cavity wall was brilliant. He was patient and he explained things to me. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He stayed late into the evening till the job was actually finished. They were tidy they put protective stuff down to protect my stairs whilst doing the loft insulation they cleaned up after themselves. It was great. It was a long day it started about 8:30 but it’s great to have the job done all in one day. Samantha was brilliant whenever I reached out to speak to someone on the phone they responded quickly when I left messages they didn’t leave me waiting for days - responding within a few hours or certainly the next day. I would happily recommend them for the efficiency in their service from start to finish . thank you."

"Insulating homes were amazing with their customer service, communication and installation of the insulation itself. I am very happy and their insulation has made a good notable impact to my home."

"Had a great experience dealing with Marcus from Insulating Home. Marcus kept me well informed throughout the process and was a pleasure to talk to. Sunny and his team came out to do the work, they kept my property clean and worked till very late to get the job done. Appreciate all their efforts in transforming my loft space."

"They provided a detailed, fair-price quote with no hidden fees. The crew arrived on time every single day, cleaned up impeccably, and were courteous and knowledgeable. The office followed up after the quote, after the work, and just to check in. It's this level of attentiveness and care that makes them stand out. You can tell they take great pride in both their work and their client relationships. A fantastic, reliable company you can trust. Thank you, team!"

"Amazing service! From start to finish I have lots communication with the office staff and then an appointment to check the works that needed to be completed to make my home warmer. From having that appointment to getting the works installed and completed was less than 2 weeks. Works were completed in one day. The guys were great and tidied up after themselves and explained everything to me when they were undertaking the work. Really haven't been able to fault."
