"This guy is a crook. Came to check out the oven and I paid him for the parts and two visits - the second being when he would return to install the parts and finished Stopped answering my calls and messages soon after. Month of dodging calls and not replying to messages. Eventually got a call from his “girlfriend” saying he was away and she would refund the money for the parts (not the visits even tho he only did the one) when ‘she was at work the next day’ but ofc no money came. Jani eventually called me back apologising saying there had been a family emergency. He promised the job would be done by the end of the week. But again stopped answering calls and messages. In addition I received an inappropriate WhatsApp message after the first visit Complete liar and a thief, do not trust."
