"Sunday morning, called local 24/7 plumbers, no joy. 97yo mum with a leak in bathroom, I'm an hour away. Joe's responded straight away, despite coming from Stoke to Shrewsbury. Simple fix, no charge, apart from a reasonable call out fee. Excellent service, very polite and tidy."

"I had an issue with my boiler not starting up, so I called for a service. I received a text letting me know that the initially assigned engineer had a van issue and wouldn't make the one-hour call-out window. However, they quickly found an alternative engineer, and the delay was minimal, which I appreciated. When the engineer arrived, he assessed the situation and gave me a quote for the repair. After considering the age of my boiler and the cost of the repair, I decided to replace it altogether, which wasn’t suggested by the engineer but was my own choice. They managed to source and install a new boiler the same day, which was a big relief given the circumstances. The price was a bit on the higher side compared to other quotes I had seen, and I probably could have found a cheaper option, but since it was an emergency, I was willing to pay a bit more to get it sorted quickly. Overall, I was happy with the service provided, even though it was a bit pricier than expected"

"Had a leak in the hall. Was told £50 call-out which was reasonable Charged £460 to replace toilet outlet pipe. Had no choice but to pay. Trying to put through insurance and I cannot get an invoice out of this company. The payment details are registered to a haulage company Not plumbers but rip-off to do work on the side If you use this company insist on invoice before paying"

"I’d avoid this company. I had a blocked toilet and they wanted £250 to unblock it. A job that took another company all of 5 minutes and charged £50. They should probably price jobs on how long they take rather than what they are to save customers and their own employees time."
