JP Refurbishment London Ltd

"JP Refurbishment London Ltd was exactly what we had been looking for. We wanted to refurbish a flat and could not find a contractor willing to work with us on our scope of work. We were realistic in knowing we would not be able to afford everything on our wish list, and we needed someone to help us make the most strategic choices about what to include and what to forego. We interviewed nine contractors who could not see the value in the project. JP Refurbishment London Ltd listened intently to our vision and then took the time to put together a project that was within our budget and covered as many of our intended improvements as possible. When we reached areas that had to be scaled back, they helped us come up with affordable alternatives so that the overall project remained complete and cohesive. Now that it is finished, we can't even tell what we had to leave out. Every member of their team was trustworthy, diligent, pleasant and industrious. They showed up when they said they would and kept us regularly updated on progress. They were creative in problem solving and provided solutions that were always professional and of the highest quality. Their attention to detail was meticulous and we never encountered any surprises throughout the duration of the project. We were so pleased with the outcome that we immediately hired them again to carry out work on two rental units we own. We are so grateful this company was referred to us by other happy clients and would never use anyone else for future work on our home or investment properties. We are clients for life."

"After a long while of dreaming about a proper home renovation, JP Refurbishment London Ltd turned the initial phase of my vision into reality and I couldn't be happier with what they created. The space is absolutely beautiful and has quickly become my favorite part of our home. I love spending quiet mornings in the newly finished room, and the refurbished living area is the perfect place to relax with our kids or entertain. As with any major project, I did have a few concerns, particularly with the project taking a bit longer than anticipated. However, Jon and Jorge, our main points of contact, were very responsive. My husband worked closely with Jorge, while I engaged more with Jon and had nothing but positive experiences. Working with Jon and Jorge was a pleasure they genuinely aimed to ensure we were happy with our new space. We have since received so many remarkable compliments from family, friends, and visitors, all admiring the craftsmanship and ambiance of our newly refurbished home. The finished room has become my own sanctuary, a space where I can start my day in quiet or decompress after a long one. I am beyond grateful to Jon and the entire team at JP Refurbishment London Ltd."

"JP Refurbishment London Ltd replaced three old tired windows with a stunning open-plan style fitting: it was a very aesthetically pleasing result that allowed additional light into my living room. The team also carried out work on the surrounding interior areas and created a beautiful finish throughout the space. Each trade professional who was affiliated with JP Refurbishment London Ltd was efficient, experienced and respectful. I highly recommend them again and again."

"Our experience as an architect and project manager with JP Refurbishment has been excellent. They are a family-run company with many years of experience behind them. The standard of detail and finish is very high, and whenever there were any supply issues with the products specified in the project, they were very proactive in offering several alternatives, all of which were acceptable. They carried out the work for a complete refurbishment of a flat in central London, in Pimlico, including the three bathrooms, kitchen and the painting and redecoration of the entire property. They also completely renovated the services (heating, electricity and hot water). They were also impeccable in keeping the site tidy and clean with regard to the residents’ association. For us, it was also an added bonus that they spoke Spanish and had extensive experience in the construction sector in Spain, as, being Spanish ourselves, this made communication much easier. We can wholeheartedly recommend Jon, Jorge and their entire team."

"We recently had JP Refurbishment carry out work on our hallway, living room and kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Jon and his family team take real pride in what they do — their craftsmanship and attention to detail are fantastic. It’s clear that making the customer happy is their top priority. We appreciated the detailed estimate and the communication along the progress. We feel absolutely at home in our beautiful living room now thanks to them. This is a busy company, which says a lot about the quality of their work, but they still managed to deliver a great finish that exceeded our expectations. We would happily recommend JP Refurbishment to anyone looking for reliable, high quality, friendly builders."
