"Disappointing Experience with Poor Communication I had a really frustrating experience trying to fix a simple kitchen sink leak. I contacted the company, and we agreed on a time and date for the repair. I specifically requested that the technician bring the necessary materials to fix the problem, and I was told everything would be taken care of. However, when the technician arrived, he said he didn’t have the materials and would need to come back. I understood and even asked if he could fix a couple of other minor issues during the follow-up visit. He assured me the materials would arrive in two working days. Two days later, without any updates, I called the company, only to be told that my job was on hold because they claimed they couldn't reach me. I was confused since I hadn't missed any calls. When I explained that the technician had already visited and was just waiting on the materials, they seemed unaware of the situation and promised to get back to me. The next day, I called again and received the same response—no progress and no clear plan for resolving the issue. At this point, I decided to cancel the job. The organization and communication were extremely poor, and the final straw was being told over the phone, "I’m too busy for this job." I wouldn’t recommend this service due to the lack of professionalism and the frustrating customer experience."
