KEVIN-ROGERS CONSTRUCTION LTD

"I can't say enough good things about the Kevin-Rogers team. They work exceptionally hard, efficiently and go the extra mile to make your vision a reality. We had them convert effectively a run-down shed, into a multi-purpose garden room, fully electrified and plumbed, re-using as much of the existing structure as possible. They did an exceptional job. The roof and foundations were retained and all the walls replaced. Along the way, they were quick to raise and discuss issues with us, advise us on options at various price points and execute modifications, as well as complete the original design with precision and a high quality finish, all within budget. They are the construction company you dream of - very friendly, talented, client-fo ussed and hard-working. We are super happy with the outcome and would absolutely hire them again. Thank you Rogers and team!"

"We couldn’t recommend Kevin-Rogers Construction more highly. They transformed our old shed into an amazing garden office, and the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. What really stood out to us was how easy they were to communicate with right from the beginning. They carried out two site visits before we even paid the deposit, making sure we were completely happy and confident with everything. Kevin, Rogers, Ahmed and the whole team were genuinely lovely people - kind, respectful, trustworthy, and a pleasure to have around. The team were incredibly clean and considerate throughout the project, always tidying up after themselves and treating our space with respect. Their knowledge and craftsmanship were exceptional, and we really appreciated how collaborative they were, always checking in with us on design decisions before moving forward. The attention to detail was amazing, and they often came up with clever solutions to design challenges we hadn’t even considered ourselves. They created a completely new room for us, including electrics, WiFi, new doors, roofing, cladding, plastering, decking and more - all finished to an incredibly high standard. We trusted them completely throughout the process and are so happy with the final result! Thank you again to the whole team, we’ve already recommended them to friends nearby and would absolutely use them again in the future. Esme + George"

"Kevin & Rogers Construction recently completed a ground floor refurbishment project involving structural preparation and the installation of a beautiful herringbone oak floor. The standard of workmanship throughout was excellent. The floor installation in particular required a high level of precision and planning, and the finished result looks fantastic. What stood out most was their professionalism on site — organised, efficient, and clearly very experienced in what they do. The project ran smoothly and the quality of the finish speaks for itself. Would not hesitate to recommend Kevin & Rogers for refurbishment and flooring projects."

"Kevin & Rogers Construction did an excellent job on our project. Their work included lime repointing, full window replacements, and replacement of external waste pipes — all completed to a very high standard. The lime repointing has completely refreshed the brickwork and blends beautifully with the original façade. The window installations are clean, precise, and have transformed both the look and insulation of the property. The new waste pipes were installed neatly and professionally, with great attention to detail. They were reliable, tidy, and clearly take pride in their workmanship. Communication was straightforward throughout and the finish speaks for itself. Would highly recommend Kevin & Rogers to anyone looking for quality construction work done properly."

"I hired Kevin-Roger Construction to build the structure for my double-storey extension, including the roof and floor joists, and they did an amazing job. I really appreciated their expertise and craftsmanship. I wish they hadn’t been so busy at that time to complete my double-storey extension, but I ended up going with someone Kevin recommended. Fortunately, I was still very happy with the finishes of the project! Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend their services."
