However, after several weeks of trying to coordinate installation dates, communication became increasingly unreliable. We repeatedly followed up regarding agreed timings and proposed dates, including after being told the job could proceed. At one stage Bailey specifically confirmed he would attend the following Tuesday to carry out the installation, and we cleared our schedules and planned around this accordingly. Unfortunately he never arrived and no message, update or explanation was provided. I completely understand that schedules can change, but after waiting several weeks and repeatedly trying to coordinate the work, the lack of communication and failure to follow through on agreed arrangements was extremely frustrating and a significant inconvenience."
