KnockOut

"I recently contacted this pest control company with concerns about mice, and the service I received was exceptional from start to finish. They arranged a visit promptly and carried out a very thorough inspection of my property. After the inspection, I was provided with clear treatment plan options, which helped me understand exactly what needed to be done. I was assigned Qamii as my technician, and I can’t praise him enough. He delivered an outstanding service and went above and beyond to ensure the property was fully cleaned before beginning any work. His attention to detail was remarkable—he made sure every millimetre of potential entry points was properly covered. Qamii was professional, well-spoken, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Since the initial treatment, the team has already returned for two follow-up visits, which shows their commitment to making sure the issue is completely resolved. Hands down the best service I’ve received—highly recommended to anyone needing reliable and thorough pest control!"

"Excellent service, but because we live near fields, mice and rats can be a problem. In addition to fixing the problem, this business assessed the entire property, gave us advise on how to avoid it in the future, assisted us in making our own cost-saving changes, and gave us options when that proved difficult. They are quite professional employees, especially at Motasim, and I heartily recommend them. Well done team !!!"

"Excellent service; they arrived at a wasp nest in less than a day. Motasim was courteous and kind, taught me about the wasps and their nest, which was fascinating, and gave me guidance for the next several hours after outlining everything he would be doing."

"The service, its quality, and its description. We have effective service and good call outs. Really appreciated Motasim for his problem solving skills. Definitely recommend this company."

"We called KnockOut Environmental Services because we were having trouble figuring out where the wasps were coming from and how to get rid of them. They scheduled a same-day appointment, and when Motasim got there, he quickly determined the problem and the best way to fix it. After the neighbor's hive was treated, the issue was resolved in a matter of hours. It has already been a few days, and there are no signs of wasps on our land. Many thanks to Motasim, who was courteous, informed, and offered five-star customer service. I would highly suggest this business."
