L & P Surveyors Ltd

"I highly recommend Paul Smith who helped us navigate our party wall agreement. He is the ultimate professional - calm, clear and conscientious. He went above and beyond to finalise our award in time, even when faced with difficult counterparts. Always positive and cheerful, we'll be sure to use him again."

"Your service has been absolutely wonderful!! I must admit had a pretty dim view of party wall surveyors but you’ve turned that around completely — honestly what you have done for us has been just tremendous. The openness, candour and helpfulness has been beyond any service provider I have dealt with. L & P not only took on the party wall surveys of multiple neighbours (flats) in a smooth efficient manner but also pointed out ways to save money on the Party Wall surveys of the project. Would give six stars if I could."

"Laurence made the party wall award process incredibly straightforward and painless, communicating professionally and promptly with both us and our neighbours and completing all the required paperwork very efficiently. They have been a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend their services."

"Lawrence provided a fantastic service to help secure party-wall agreements. He made all parts of the decision-making process clear to me, and was efficient and prompt in his communications. Lawrence dealt with a tricky neighbour with ease and reassured me every step of the way. I would recommend L & P Surveyors to anyone requiring party-wall agreements to be drawn up."

"I cannot rate L & P highly enough. Lawrence was incredibly professional and efficient. His communication was clear and prompt and he was happy to talk me through any part of the process that I didn't understand. I would highly recommend him, should you need a surveyor :)"
